THE CURATED SPACE LONDON

Our Services
What Is Home Staging?
Home Staging is the art of preparing property for sale in such a way that enables owners to attract more buyers, sell quicker and optimise market value. Selling a property isn’t just about space—it’s about story. Every home has the potential to connect with someone new, and our mission is to make that connection immediate and meaningful. Through carefully curated staging, thoughtful design, and practical preparation, we help buyers see not just a house—but their future home.
Whether it's a full transformation or a subtle refresh, we can create an environment that feels aspirational yet attainable; ultimately increasing the likelihood of a successful sale.
The Value of Home Staging
Home staging isn’t just about making a property look beautiful—it’s a proven strategy to help it sell faster and often at a higher price. By creating a thoughtfully styled space that feels inviting and aspirational, staging allows potential buyers to emotionally connect with your home from the moment they walk through the door. 82% of buyers say it’s easier to visualise a property as their future home when it's staged. 85% of estate agents agree that professionally staged homes typically sell 3 times faster than non-staged ones. On average, staged homes see a 1–10% increase in offer value compared to similar un-staged properties.
A Smart Investment at a Critical Stage
*100% of vendors who used a home staging service said that staging had been a helpful marketing tool when having their property listed and 75% said that staging increased the offer value by up to 10% (Home Staging Association Report, 2020) . The cost of staging is usually between 1-2% of the value of a property which is almost always less than recommended price reductions for properties that fail to attract quick and proceedable offers. *Over 85% of the 4,200 staged homes worldwide surveyed by HSR International saw at least 6-25% more from the sale of their professionally staged home than a home in the same market that was not professionally staged.

What is home staging?

Why should I stage my home before selling?
Staging highlights your property’s best features, makes rooms appear larger and more inviting, and allows potential buyers to imagine living there. It can help you sell faster and at a higher price point.

Yes. Our staging packages include curated furniture, artwork, and accessories. How Does it Work in Practice? The ABCs
A
Assess your Property: Visit and assess the property’s current condition
B
Brief & Budget: Provide advice on key recommendations to enhance the presentation of your property in preparation for agent valuation and marketing; cost and timeframes
C
Curate: Deliver on the plan, engage with your chosen agent to photograph and hand back your keys for viewings - open to proceedable offers!
We will work independently or we can collaborate to deliver what we believe is the best package for your home to secure a strong and proceedable offer.
This can include:
-
Decluttering and optimising existing furniture: we aim to optimise what you have and supplement where needed– mindful of time and resources
-
Essential repairs and decorating that are material to how well your property presents: everything from light touch-ups to painting and carpets using our wonderful team of suppliers and skilled trades
-
Full staging with purchased or rental packages – installation and de-staging: Empty homes often lack warmth and scale, making it harder for buyers to connect. Our Furniture Rental or Purchase service solves that by transforming vacant properties into spaces that feel comfortable, stylish, and full of life
-
Using high-quality furnishings and accessories, we create a sense of flow, function and zoning; everyday living—giving potential buyers the clarity they need to see how the space could work for them
-
Liaison with your chosen agents to photograph and/or prep for open house: First impressions count, especially online. Our staging enhances lived-in spaces with polished, cohesive details that elevate your marketing photos and viewing experience alike. In-person viewings also live up to and often exceed expectations – avoiding the disappointment that can result in the difference between CGI-enhanced photos and the reality of a less-well presented in-real-life viewings.
