The Curated Space London has grown from a passion for property and for creating beautiful spaces to make both a home and a sound investment.​

I started my career in Outsourcing and moved into property development in 2005. At my core is the desire to enhance and improve so from process re-engineering as Global Head of Resourcing in a corporate environment, the step into property was easy and intuitive.  The Curated Space London has evolved from over 20 years of building a successful property development business, both residential and commercial.

From individual investments to larger portfolios, my approach is practical and bespoke. The aesthetic is modern classic; timeless with personality - always making the most of what is already available and using time and budgets judiciously to achieve a finish that will appeal to as broad a market as possible.

I have always fully staged my own developments to rent or sell and the evidence and the statistics on the impact of staging speak for themselves.  The measure lies always in the delight of a successful sale; a happy owner who has realised the potential of their property and a new owner who can better see the potential of a new space that they will call home. I love that I get to play a part in both. 

 

I am lucky to work with an amazing team with a consistent set of values that are client and delivery focussed. We love nothing more than a successful transformation, taking pride in delivering a property that looks its absolute best and we delight in seeing ‘for sale’ switch to ‘sold’.
